Great location Very friendly and helpful reception staff Good choice of breakfast. Our room was very nice and clean, but there was a drain smell coming from the bathroom.

EXCELENT Отличный отель для знакомства с городом! Выбирали отель по расположению и не прогадали. Место очень удобное — до всех основных достопримечательностей действительно можно дойти пешком, что сэкономило нам кучу времени и денег на транспорт. Номер нас приятно удивил: безупречно чистый, очень уютный. Отдельно хочется похвалить удобный матрас и подушки — высыпались просто замечательно. Белье было свежее, белоснежное, что сразу создает ощущение качества. Но главное украшение этого отеля — его персонал! Ресепшен заслуживает всех похвал. Особая благодарность Армине — она встретила так тепло и душевно, как родную, подробно все объяснила, дала прекрасные советы по городу и всегда была готова помочь. Ее искренняя забота создала по-настоящему домашнюю атмосферу. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель и надеемся вернуться сюда еще!

Buen sitio para alojarse. La atención del personal La habitación tenía cosas antiguas (televisión pequeña y encimera baño caída). No había habitaciones de cama de matrimonio, aunque me la intentaron buscar.

Muy centrico La ubicacion y el servicio. Hotel con poca luz. Mobiliario un poco descuidado ( percha para la ropa rota, silla descalzada. Sillas en los pasillos con pil desconchada) pero todo muy limpio. habitacion pequeña aunque funcional, el desayuno tipo buffet pero para mi gusto y segun otras experiencias, para mi es justito.

Excellent hôtel Accueil très chaleureux, hôtel a deux pas du centre ville, de la Cathédrale & du Palais de Alcazar. Un Parking privé. Rien. tout était parfais.

ubicación excelente y personal recepción muy amable ubicacion dificultad para localizar alojamiento (sería muy conveniente avisar a los huéspedes que la entrada es por una calle restringida al tráfico y evitar dar vueltas hasta encontrar la entrada)

Muy buena ubicación , pero.... Ubicación Olor a Darro en la habitación. A pesar de solicitar en la reserva cama matrimonial , no contestaron a mi petición y al tomar la habitación esta disponía de 2 camas individuales.
